Christmas In Pictures!!!

I am going to give you an overview of our Christmases in pictures!  We had SO MUCH FUN with family and just LOVE being back home with both our parents!  The boys had a blast! They are at a fun age and I have enjoyed every minute of our break so far!  Hoping it continues to go slow this next week! :)

Santa had to come to our house a few days early since we were leaving on Saturday to head back to our family.  Carson and I emailed him on Friday and asked him if he could come to our house Friday night.  Santa replied back that he would have his reindeer ready and would love to come visit us early! :)
Getting ready for bed so Santa can come!

Carson put out cookies and milk for Santa and carrots for the reindeer!
Santa did find our house and the boys had a fun time opening presents a few days early!

Saturday we spent the day at Gabe's parents making cookies and just hanging out!  It was a great day and very relaxing!
When we got to my parents house Saturday night, the boys each had a gift waiting for them--matching pajama pants!  Of course we had to go shirtless says Carson!
Hammin' it up!
Brotherly love!
Sunday, we had the Ahrenholtz Christmas out at my Grandpa and Grandma's house!  Grandma is an amazing woman!  She is 79 years old(in a 40 year old body, I swear) and still prepares for the arrival of her 5 kids, 16 grandkids, all their spouses, and her 19 great grandchildren--not only does she get ready preparing her house, she has a gift under the tree for EVERYBODY--how she does it, I have no idea!  But she loves it and we love her for still putting up with all of the craziness for a day! :)
This year, we were only missing 2 people out of the entire gang!  Pretty Impressive!
Kellen and Addison showing cousinly love!
A picture we take yearly that is always one of my favorites--Grandma and Grandpa with all their GREAT Grandkids!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these 2
Monday we had the Baughman Christmas at Gabe's parents!  It was a very relaxing day--we are getting quite the crew and it makes for a crazy house at times!  Love the chaos though!
The girls had a 'pinterest' inspired gift giving this year--very impressed by all!

Grandma Lori and Carson after Carson just woke up from his nap!
His very first pair of cowboy boots from Uncle Brandon and Aunt Erin!

Christmas Eve night we always head over to the Plumb Christmas, which is Lori's side!
Kellen, where is your belly button?
Dena and me!
Keira being all cute to Gabe so he would give her more ice cream :)  She knows how it is done!

Christmas day we had Christmas at my parents house!  It was another fun and relaxing day and we spread out present opening all morning which we have never done, but was fun for all!
The boys being very big helpers!

Carson's present from my parents-- A work bench! (My dad is sooo talented!)
I saw this idea in a Pottery Barn magazine probably 3 months ago, so I asked my dad if he could make it--he definitely did and it turned out so much better than what the picture showed!

Gift to Grandma! Mistletoes plate!
The boys gave Gabe a picture gift--another pinterest inspired idea!

Christin and me with Grandpa Bill and Grandma Louise!
New John Deere gear!
Kellen's new interactive puppy!

Gabe and I feel truly blessed to have so many amazing people in our life!  God is Good!
We hope everyone had a very Merry and Blessed Christmas!

Snow Days!!!

So Christmas break started a few days earlier for this crew!  We didn't have school yesterday or today and we were not one bit bummed!  We have got the house cleaned, laundry all caught up, we are packed, and ready to head back home tomorrow for a few days to be with family and celebrate Christmas with all those that are so close to us! :)  It was SO COLD yesterday, but we did venture outside for a total of maybe 5 minutes! :)  Just long enough for me to get a few snowy pictures!

Love this! Carson and Kellen watching Daddy move snow
Carson being a super helper!
Kellen attempting to help as well!
All bundled up!
I think I caught a shot of snow flying in his face!
Such a great 'Daddy's' helper

Last night our entertainment--these 2 were easily entertained by parts of the vacuum cleaner!

Being silly
and again. . .

It's only day 2 of break and we are all LOVING LIFE already!  So great to have FAMILY time! :)
