Carson Update!!

Looking back on the last 14 months I wonder. . where has it gone?  Words can not express how much Carson has stolen our hearts each and every day this past year plus some.  Carson has grown to have such a loving personality. . .loves to cuddle, loves to blow kisses. . .what more could a Mommy ask for?  Definitely some spunk at times and never ever stops going, but we are loving every single minute of him growing.  I often wonder what in the world did Gabe and I do when he was not yet in this world?!?

You hear people always say, "oh they grow up so fast" or " before you know it he will be graduating" or "they don't stay little very long"  I was always like, "yah, ok, not like Carson is going to wake up tomorrow and be 5."  I am however starting to understand where they are coming from and how fast time seems to go.

I know I haven't done a Carson update in a while so here goes. Carson is constantly surprising us each and every day with what he knows for only being 14 months old!  Carson is so super smart! (We may be a bit biased)

Bottles:  Carson still gets a bottle at naptime and bedtime.  Daycare is working on the nap bottle--he only takes about 4 ounces before he is out so we are hoping to have that bottle gone soon.
I can't take it away at bedtime. . not yet anyways.  The routine is there and he goes down so easily after he has his bottle!
Teeth:  He has 4 teeth on top and 3(1 more poking through) on the bottom. . drooling like crazy lately so I'm thinking some more are ready to pop through
Food:  Loves to eat about anything and everything.  LOVES fruit!  Loves cookies and M&M'S--must have a sweet tooth like Mommy! :)
Sleep: Carson sleeps about 12 hours at night.  He goes to bed between 7:30 and 8:00 and sleeps until 7:00 or 7:30.  He takes 1 nap a day--usually about 2 hours.
Words Carson knows all by himself:
(These are words that Carson just knows and says. . .without Gabe or I telling him what they are.  Carson can repeat ANY word you say--he knows quite a bit of names like his aunts and uncles and close friends--I just didn't want to list them all.)

When we ask him what Santa says, he says, "Ho, ho, ho"
"uh-oh" "oh no" "whoa"
I know I am forgetting some but those are his main ones---he surprises us daily!

If you say one, Carson will say "two" If you say two, Carson will say, " tcheee"-three
Carson knows where his hair, nose, ears, bellybutton, and toes are! He doesn't quite know where his eyes are but he can tell you where someone else's eyes are!
He is walking and running, everywhere (has been walking since 10 months)
Loves playing in the drawers in the bathroom while I'm getting ready-tries to put on my headbands, grabs the pick and puts it to his head like he is combing his hair, plays with all my makeup brushes--Daddy is not a fan of this! :)
Loves to be read to.
Loves to play with Daddy on the floor--Gabe can get him rolling and it is just hilarious! :) Too cute!
Carson can dance! He first started to turn in circles with his hands in the air and now he bounces and swings his left arm-what a goof!
This is Carson's signature facial expression!
A lot of times, Carson will make this face when we catch him doing something he is not supposed to be doing! Our little stinker!
LOVE HIM TO DEATH!
